Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

Nainty is designed for legitimate business use: invoicing, client management, project management, proposals, contracts, scheduling, and AI-assisted business operations.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Sending spam, harassment, or unsolicited communications via messaging features
• Attempting prompt injection or circumventing AI safety controls
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to the API without authorisation
• Storing illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
• Intentionally exceeding rate limits or overwhelming the Service
• Attempting to access other users' data or bypass tenant isolation
• Using the Service to process data on behalf of sanctioned entities

AI-Specific Rules

• Do not use AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Do not attempt to circumvent PII redaction or safety controls
• Do not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial) where such advice is required
• AI recommendations are suggestions — you retain responsibility for all business decisions

Enforcement

1. Warning: First violation results in a written warning with required corrective action.
2. Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension.
3. Termination: Severe or continued violations result in permanent account termination.

We reserve the right to skip directly to suspension or termination for egregious violations.
